PUPPY ADOPTION APPLICATION We want to make sure all of our pups go to committed homes, were they will be loved and cared for, for years to come. I do my best to produce the best pups and place them in the best homes. To be placed on the waiting list, we require this completed application, and a deposit of $300.00 made out to Gerry Porter. Any deposits made out to Adorable Down East Labradoodles will not be accepted and will be returned. Deposit are non refundable and they are applied to the total purchase price. You can also send an application with out a deposit, it will put you on the list but it will not hold your place in line. You can mail the application to the address on the bottom of the page. You can email or fax the application to 1-207-892-3522, the deposit must be received in three business days after you fax or email the application, to hold your spot on the list.
